Sushma Kittali-Weidner is a product leader, speaker, and advisor with over 20 years of experience building and scaling digital platforms at the intersection of AI, sustainability, and circular economy. She is the Founder and Chief Product Officer of Kittali Weidner LLC, where she builds mission-driven products and advises organizations on AI strategy and product leadership.

Through RHEO, she designed and operationalized the AI Development Lifecycle (AIDLC) - a 3-step model pairing human-led strategy with agentic execution and human review. RHEO proves that AI-native teams ship faster than traditional ones without sacrificing quality, safety, or human accountability, and serves as the primary proof point for her AI Strategy and AI Consulting engagements.

Most recently, as Chief Product & Strategy Officer at Rheaply, she achieved 4x ARR growth, delivered $17M+ in customer savings, and drove 4.5M lbs of waste diversion through AI-powered circular economy solutions. She scaled the platform across Google, Amazon, and Metro, driving 8x marketplace growth via Product-Led Growth.

Previously, as Director of Product Management & GM U.S. Operations at iPoint Systems, she grew ARR 5x with $1M+ ACV deals, transforming a single compliance tool into an 8-product ESG suite serving 70,000+ suppliers. She architected EU SCIP compliance infrastructure and audit-ready systems for global manufacturers.

Her career began at Tetra Tech, where she led enterprise environmental compliance software for Fortune 500 manufacturers including IBM, GE Healthcare, General Motors, and Motorola. She is passionate about building products that solve real problems, drive measurable impact, and scale with purpose.
